Return, Replacement, Refund & Warranty Policy

At KOFS, we manufacture office furniture based on confirmed specifications and customer requirements. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. No Return Policy

KOFS follows a strict No Return Policy.
Once the product is delivered and accepted, returns are not allowed under any circumstances.


2. Replacement Policy (Only in Valid Cases)

We offer replacement only, subject to approval, in the following cases:

  • Product damaged during transit when transportation is arranged by KOFS
    (If transportation is arranged by the client or a third party, any transit damage will be the client’s responsibility.)

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Incorrect product delivered compared to the confirmed order

All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos.


3. No Refund Policy

KOFS does not offer any refunds under any circumstances.
This applies to:

  • Customized or made-to-order furniture

  • Bulk or project-based orders

  • Confirmed and processed orders


4. Inspection & Approval

All replacement and warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification by the KOFS team.
KOFS reserves the right to repair, replace, or replace specific parts, at its discretion.


5. 1-Year Warranty Policy

All KOFS office furniture products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

Warranty Covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Structural defects under normal usage

Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

  • Damage caused by unauthorized installation or repairs

  • Fabric, upholstery, or surface finish wear due to regular use


6. Replacement Timeline

Approved replacements or warranty-related replacements will be processed within 7–15 working days, depending on product type and availability.


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Order cancellation is allowed only before production begins

  • Once production or customization has started, cancellation is not permitted


8. Shipping & Handling

For approved replacements or warranty claims:

  • Products must be kept in original condition and packaging.
  • All shipping, transportation, and handling costs shall be borne by the client, unless explicitly agreed in writing by KOFS

9. Policy Updates

KOFS reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be published on this page.
